Short title: Whitmore v Smart.

Plaintiff(s): George Whitmore, citizen and alderman of London.

Defendant(s): Richard Smart.

Subject of depositions: Foulton Marsh and Foulton Meadow, the manor of Romsey, and Foulton Hall. Lands recovered from the sea. Common of pasture. Metes and bounds.
