Description

Short title: Gruffith v Nanney.

Plaintiff(s): William Gruffith (an infant) prosecuting by John Gruff his guardian.

Defendant(s): Richard Nanney, clerk, William Wynn, Evan Jones, Mary Meredith.

Subject of depositions: Township of Bottach, a tenement called Llwyn Glyn. Touching the unexpired term of lease of such premises made by the Crown. Value of premises.

County/place: Caernarfonshire.

Date of commission: 26 November 1629.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 11 January 1630 at Clynogg.
