Description

Short title: Billingsley v Rowley.

Plaintiff(s): Francis Billingsley, the younger.

Defendant(s): Francis Rowley, Roger Fathers.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Astley Abbots alias Astley Bridge (Shropshire), and the lordships of Willey and Acton Rownde, and a wood called Nordley Wood. Metes and bounds. Common of pasture. Inclosure, etc.

County/place: Shropshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1629.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 25 January 1630 at Bridgenorth.
