Description

Short title: Attorney General v Eden.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Heath, kt (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): Toby Eden, Thomasine Tullie, widow.

Subject of depositions: Castle of Carlisle, the manor there called "The Soccage Manor" and lands called "Sawcery Stones" alias "Sawcery pasture" and Weariholme. Metes and bounds.
