Description

Short title: Attorney General v Thorpe.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Heath, kt (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): Margaret Thorpe, widow, William Thorpe, George Clutterbuck, John Turner, Christopher Cipher, George Huntley, John Bicker.

Subject of depositions: Lands in Wanswell, Wocomore, the farm of Canberry Hill, the manor of Wanswell, all in the parish of Berkly. Lands in Oldbury, in the parish of Thornbury (Gloucestershire), lately belonging to George Thorp.

County/place: Gloucestershire.
