Description

Short title: Widley v Cicely.

Plaintiff(s): George Widley, clerk, Robert Drew, John Kent.

Defendant(s): Lady Cicely Delawarre, Lady Isabel Delawarre, widow, George Stronge, William Roseblade, the elder, Henry Dowling, John Bente.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parsonage of Goode and Goodworth Clatford (Southampton), seized for a debt to the Crown due to James I. by William and Thomas Lords Delawarr.

County/place: Hampshire.

Date of commission: 25 June 1629.
