Plaintiff(s): The Dean and Chapter of the Cathedral Church of Peterborough, Sir Lewis Watson, kt and bart.

Defendant(s): John Kirke the elder, Richard Wignell, William Bringhurst alias Fuller, William Wignell, Thomas Lowth, William Burton, Robert Ingram, Robert Parker, Henry Cooper, JohnKirke, the younger.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Easton (Leicestershire), and lands in Easton belonging to the Dean and Chapter of Peterboro'. Right of common of pasture. Customs of manor.
