Description

Short title: Earl of Marleburgh v Forde.

Plaintiff(s): James Earl of Marleburgh, Lord High Treasurer of England.

Defendant(s): William Forde, Dean and Chapter of Cathedral Church of Westminster (Middlesex), John King, D.D.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Westbury St Mawre, and a piece of land in the town of Westbury (Wiltshire). Metes and bounds. Also touching the manor of Westbury Leversegge. Right of way. Survey.

County/place: Wiltshire; Middlesex.

Date of commission: 12 February 1628.
