Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Heath (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): Alice Rivett, widow, Thomas Cleere, Ralph Noore, Robert Harvey, James Isaac, Philip Rivett.

Subject of depositions: Monies, debts, goods, jewels, of one Don Luy, of the Isle of Teneriff (one of the Canaries), in the hands of Thomas Rivett (late husband of defendant Alice) at the time of the death of Thomas. What became of them? Touching his last will and testament.
