Description

Short title: Pryse v Price.

Plaintiff(s): Dame Gwyn Pryse, widow, relict, and executrix of Sir Richard Pryse, kt, of Gogertham.

Defendant(s): Thomas Price, steward of the comotts of Perveth, etc.

Subject of depositions: Comotts of Kypeth y Brenin, Llanilar, Perveth, Pencraig, Llanbadarn, and Generglyn (Cardigan). Customs of comotts as regards succession to inheritance of freeholds. Office of stewardship.

County/place: Cardigan.

Date of commission: February 1627.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 12 April 1627 at Llanbadan.
