Plaintiff(s): John Fowler, of London, merchant, James Sherley, Richard Andrewes, executors of the last will and testament of Edward Pickering, late of London, merchant.
Defendant(s): Sir Thomas Coventry, kt (Attorney General), Thomas Weston, Andrew Weston, Christopher Weaver, Dame Mary Edmonds, widow of Sir Clement Edmunds, deceased.
Subject of depositions: Settlement of accounts under arbitration between Thomas Weston (merchant, of London) and Edward Pickering, his factor, in Amsterdam (Holland). Alleged fraudulent conduct of Edward while acting as factor, and his non-fulfilment of articles of agreement made and signed under the arbitration.
County/place: London; Amsterdam.
