Defendant(s): Sir Thomas Thynne, kt, Thomas Thynne.

Subject of depositions: Bonds between Sir John Chamberleyn, kt, and plaintiff, and Sir William Craven, since deceased, Jeffrey Elwayes, and others. Touching the intended sale by Sir John of the manors of Churchdown aliasChursdon Hucklecote, in or near the city of Gloucester, also of Prestbury (Gloucestershire), lands in or near Noke and Upton St Leonards, and others called Sandfield, Little Sandfield, Woodfield, sometime belonging to Sir John, and late of Thomas Chamberleyn; whether Sir John conveyed the premises to defendants to raise money thereon to pay his debts?.
