Short title: Treswell v Bossevile.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Treswell.

Defendant(s): Sir Ralph Bossevile.

Subject of depositions: Wood called "Ryewood" in the parish of Otford (Kent); whether parcel of Rye Farm there? Touching the sale of same wood by defendant to plaintiff to the King's use. Alleged dishonest carrying away of the wood beyond the amount sold.
