Description

Short title: Singleton v Rudd.

Plaintiff(s): William Singleton.

Defendant(s): Richard Rudd, Thomas Clark.

Subject of depositions: Robert Fletcher, the younger, late of the city of Chester, haberdasher; touching a loan alleged to have been made to him by plaintiff, to be paid in London for defendant Rudd; touching also a former Chancery suit of defendant against plaintiff. [Thomas Singleton (plaintiff's brother) is mentioned].

County/place: Cheshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1621.
