Description

Short title: Marshall v Hoe.

Plaintiff(s): Pleasance Marshall, widow, executrix of William Marshall, deceased.

Defendant(s): Richard Hoe.

Subject of depositions: Vicarage of Skarning, and a pension of 4l. alleged to have been due from defendant to William Marshall, of Woodnorton (Norfolk), late husband of Pleasance (plaintiff), in right of the vicarage.

County/place: Norfolk.

Date of commission: 12 February 1619.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 2 April 1619 at Norwich.
