Short title: Small v Cordell.

Plaintiff(s): William Small, William Beecher.

Defendant(s): John Cordell, Robert Bowyer, John Fowke, Giles Martin.

Subject of depositions: Fenn grounds in Upwell and Outwell, formerly belonging to Thomas Cordell, late citizen and mercer of London, deceased, father of defendant. Assignment of lease. [The possessions of Walter Garnons, late of London, butcher, deceased, in St Nicholas Flesh Shambles, London, and John Garnons, are mentioned].
