Description

Short title: Tyndall v Grimsditch.

Plaintiff(s): Francis Tyndall.

Defendant(s): John Grimsditch.

Subject of depositions: Plaintiff's newly erected mill at Hardwick, mills called "Knottingley Mills ", "The Dutchie Mills ", "Brotherton Mills" otherwise "The Minster Mills" situate in Brotherton Marsh, and the abbey mills of Pomfret; whether "Minster Mills" are parcel of the possessions of the Dean and Chapter of York, and the "Abbey Mills" parcel of the late abbey of Pomfret? Customs of "suit and soak" to the mills. Metes and bounds of plaintiff's manor of Hardwick.
