Description

Short title: Attorney General v Bulston.

Plaintiff(s): Attorney General.

Defendant(s): Thomas Bulston, William Milton, the elder, William Milton, the younger, Thomas Powell, William Fidoe, Henry Deathick, Richard Whitbie, Thomas Whitehead, Humfrey Tombes, William Bulston, John Dallowe, John Noxon, Thomas Carter, William Lench, Edward Sowthall, Thomas Lowe, fishmonger, Peter Edgley, Walter Gough, John Mearson, Richard Fisher, Richard Burraston, Edward Tombes, Richard Whitcott, John Tracie, the elder, Robert Vickers.

Subject of depositions: Alton's Wood, parcel of the manor of Aberley alias Abbotsley, lying in Rock parish, and other woods in such parish and Bewdley Park. Waste and spoil, and wood carried away and sold without lawful authority.

County/place: Worcestershire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1617.
