Touching lease made by the present Lord Dudley to John Sutton alias Dudley, his brother, Elizabeth, his wife, and Edward Sutton alias Dudley, their son, and purchase of inheritance of same by Sir Walter Leveson. Extent on the tithes of Sedgley parish, belonging to Lord Dudley, for a debt due by him to Sir Charles. Waste and spoil in the premises since belonging to defendant.
