Short title: Phillips v Cogan.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Phillips, Phillip Waggott, Robert Baylie, Edward Baylie, John Morley, George Clarke, Robert Symons, Thomas Pawdie, Francis Howse.

Defendant(s): Robert Cogan.

Subject of depositions: Lands called Wittcome, Paterlege, Rothercombe, in the parish of Montague, the manor and parsonage of Montagu, and the demesne lands of the late priory of Montagu. Metes and bounds. Right of common. Tithes. Survey. [The name of Thomas Cogan, of Montagu, is mentioned].
