Description

Short title: Attorney General v Brokesbye.

Plaintiff(s): Attorney General.

Defendant(s): Robert Brokesbye, John Bristow, Robert Machyn, Robert Elstow, Isabel Bromehead. widow, Robert Bromeshead.

Subject of depositions: Possessions of George Nevell, of Grove (Nottinghamshire), deceased, of Edward Wayte, of Stoke next Newark-upon-Trent, and John Elston, of Elston, lying in Stoke, Elston, Kilvington, and held of the royal manor of Newark-upon-Trent. Customs of manor. [The names of John Nevell, heir of George and Dennis Nevell his youngest son, are mentioned].
