Plaintiff(s): Charles Kettleby and Dame Elizabeth his wife.
Defendant(s): Sir Francis Egiock, Sir Samuel Sands, Anthony Langston, John Richards, John Hodges.
Subject of depositions: Manor and rectory of Willersey, and lands in South Littleton (Worcestershire), late of Sir Phillip Keighlye, late husband to plaintiff Elizabeth, extended and seized for a debt due to the Crown by reason of his teller's place in the Exchequer, or as receiver of first fruits due to Crown. Composition with the Crown for such extent by Sir William Bond. Touching also the marriage jointure of Elizabeth [Richard Hobby, father to plaintiff Elizabeth, is mentioned].
County/place: Gloucestershireshire; Worcestershireshire.
Date of commission: 28 November 1616.
