Thomas Brickwell, John Atkinson, of Darlington (Durham), and Elizabeth, his wife, former occupiers of said grounds; lease of same at the suit of Sir Roger Ashton to Thomas Alford; and grant of same by Capt. Breckwell to Elizh. Nelson, are mentioned].
