Description

Short title: Attorney General v Latleys.

Plaintiff(s): Attorney General.

Defendant(s): Jonas Latleys, Henry Caplin, Elizabeth Smyth.

Subject of depositions: Mortgage of a tenement in the parish of All Saints, Southampton, lately in the tenure of Paul Latleys (defendant's brother), and since in that of William Chandler; and touching various money transactions between Paul Stephen and Jonas Latleys, and Edward Richards, Alexander Paynton, Sir Francis Rush; and Walter Unett.

County/place: Hampshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1612.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 30 March 1612 at Southampton.
