Subject of depositions: Quarries worked by plaintiff near the harbour of Dartmouth, and alleged obstruction to the harbour caused by stones, ejected. Customs dues paid by inhabitants of Kingswere to the harbour. Touching plaintiff's charge against defendants for hire of the ship called "The Crescent" for the service of the late Queen Elizabeth against the Spaniards.
