Description

Short title: Phillips v Steward.

Plaintiff(s): Francis Phillips, Richard Moore.

Defendant(s): William Steward.

Subject of depositions: Lands and tithes belonging to the rectory and vicarage of Clent and Rowley, and the manor of King's Rowley, parcel of the dissolved monastery of Hales Owen (Shropshire), and late of Sir John Dudley, kt, and the Duke of Northumberland, attainted. Touching concealed lands in King's Rowley.

County/place: Staffordshire; Shropshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1610.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 14 January 1611 at Wolverhampton.
