Did Thomas Harbert of Winistowe (Monmouthshire), purchase the abbey and lease the said tithes to Elizabeth Morgan, great grandmother to defendant; did she will same to Thomas Morgan, of the Blackemore (Herefordshire), her son; did he assign same to Thomas Morgan of one Arkston, father to defendant, and he to defendant. Did James I grant the rectory to George Johnson and John Grimsdiche.
