Description

Short title: Attorney General v Grove.

Plaintiff(s): Attorney General.

Defendant(s): John Grove, Richard Cox, merchant.

Subject of depositions: Farms of Pepwell (Worcestershire), Cobley (Warwickshire), Loashurst, in Eastnor (Herefordshire), and annuities out of the manor of Binholm, in the parish of Pershore (Worcestershire). Tithes to manor belonging, and Pershore Mills, lately belonging to John Halsey, of London, physician, a recusant, deceased. [The names of Doctor Dale, Henry Field, and Zachary Field, are mentioned].

County/place: Worcestershire; Warwickshire;; Herefordshire.

Date of commission: 13 February 1609.
