Defendant(s): Sir George Farmer.
Subject of depositions: Parsonages and prebends of King's Sutton, Buckingham, Hornton, and Horlye (Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire). Have plaintiffs a lease of the tithes, of King's Sutton from Sir Robert Johnson. Touching tithes payable by defendant, Bennett Winchcomb, and one Lovett to plaintiffs, as farmers of the parsonage for the lordship of Walton. Survey.

Date of commission: 13 February 1609.
