Plaintiff(s): William Symkis and Ann his wife.

Defendant(s): Thomas Lawley.

Subject of depositions: Tenement in Shanston Street in, and two pastures called the Stockinges near, Great Wenlock; whether copphold or freehold of the manor of Great Wenlock. Survey. [The names of William Hayward, late of Great Wenlock, and Jane his wife, Richard their son, Christopher Sutton, George Sutton, and Joane Sutton, children of Thomas Sutton, Richard Sotherne, monastery of Great Wenlock, William Sutton and Elizabeth his wife, Richard Farmer, Robert Lawley, and Anne Hayward, are mentioned].
