Description

Short title: Serche v Skinner.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Serche.

Defendant(s): William Skinner.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to six acres of land called the Ruddinges, adjoining to a tenement called Perdisland, within the manor of Lebury Forren. Customs of manor. [The names of Edmond Bishop of Hereford, Richard Serche (plaintiff's father), and Margery his wife, and Richard Warmcomb, steward of the manor, are mentioned].

County/place: Herefordshire.

Date of commission: 15 June 1608.
