Description

Short title: Pytt v Clyfton.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Pytt, Ralph Trevilian, the elder, Thomas Dawe, John Wytherall, Richard Cooke, George Trevilian, the elder, RalphTrevilian, the younger, George Trevilian, the younger.

Defendant(s): Sir William Clyfton, kt, Robert Myddleton.

Subject of depositions: Tithes of lands called "The New Demeanes" parcel of the late monastery of Muchelney. Whether the tithes were payable to the parsonage of Drayton. Survey. [The grange of Westover, Thomas Lock, late abbot of Muchelney, Widow Daw, and Mr Clavelleshaye, are mentioned].

County/place: Somerset.
