Short title: Mountague v Tresham.

Plaintiff(s): William Mountague, John Stanyerne, Lawrence Maydwell.

Defendant(s): Sir Thomas Tresham, kt.

Subject of depositions: Waste called "The Brand" adjoining the "offyce of Geddyngton Woods" near Geddyngton; whether parcel of Geddington Manor. Alleged encroachment on same by defendant.
