Description

Short title: Street v Walwyn.

Plaintiff(s): John Street.

Defendant(s): Robert Walwyn.

Subject of depositions: Manor and rectory of Newland, parcel of the late monastery of Much Malvern, the churchyard there, a pasture called Fleford, and a pasture lately in the tenure of Johannah Collick, widow. Did Queen Elizabeth grant the rectory, 24 February 20 Eliz, to Edward late Earl of Lincoln, and Christopher Gouffe, gentlemen? did the Earl and Gouffe, about 25 February grant same to Thomas Smith and William Hagon? did Smith and Hagon grant same (25 Februray 21 Eliz) to Anthony Rotsey. Touching descent of same. Tithes. Customs of manor. Survey.
