Description

Short title: Singleton v Asburner.

Plaintiff(s): Christopher Singleton, Isabel his wife, and William Singleton his son.

Defendant(s): Matthew Asburner.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a messuage and tenement in Dragleybeck, in the manor of Nevilhall-in-Furneys, formerly in the possession of Christopher Addison, deceased. Customs of manor. [The names of William Asburner, William Kilner, bailiff of said manor, Miles Petty, Christopher Lindoe, Thomas Townson, Edward Kilner, Robert Barrow, and William Curwen, are mentioned].
