Subject of depositions: Lands of Robert Reade, deceased, in Sutton Mandeville otherwise Mansfield. Were the same bought by John Codrington (being a recusant) in the name of Simon his brother. Refusal of defendant Agnes to release her dower of and in the lands on condition of receiving an annuity of £20 Were such lands exchanged with John Codrington for others in Compton Chamberlayne? Was Edward Abarrow, of Sechfield, seised of lands called Hardings, in Sutton Mansfield? Survey.
