Description

Short title: Hughes v ap Edwards.

Plaintiff(s): Griffin Hughes, administrator of the goods of his late father Hugh David ap Morgan.

Defendant(s): David ap Edwards ap John, and Edward ap Thurston.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands, woods, and commons lately belonging to Hugh David ap Morgan (plaintiff's father), lying in Ruabon, called "Redindon" and leased to Hugh by Queen Elizabeth for a term yet unexpired. Customs of lordship of Bromfield and Yale. Administration of intestate's estate. Survey. [The names of John ap Hugh, and Joan, intestate's son and wife, are mentioned].

County/place: Denbighshire.

Date of commission: 9 July 1606.
