Description

Short title: Thelwall v Lloyd.

Plaintiff(s): Euble Thelwall.

Defendant(s): Piers Lloyd.

Subject of depositions: Lordship of Dyffryncloyd (otherwise called "Ruthin "?), and the lands of the late College of St Peter, in the same. How many water corn-mills hath the King within such lordship; are they sufficient for the tenants' use? Ryddonen Mill, is it turned by the river of Cloyd; do the inhabitants of Ryddonnen, Spithed, Treverham, Llanynys, and Llandurnocke grind at same, paying toll, etc? Metes and bounds of Fryth Llanynys. Damming of the river, cutting trench for his new mill by defendant to injury of plaintiff. Survey. [The names of John Edward Lloyd and the Earl and Countess of Warwick are mentioned].
