Description

Short title: Merley v Tempest.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Merley.

Defendant(s): Sir Nicholas Tempest, Henry Lawson.

Subject of depositions: Three messuages in Kyoe in the possession of plaintiff; one late parcel of the priory of Frankeylaye; another parcel of a religious house called St Edmonds, in Newcastle or Gateshead; and the third belonging to the Dean and Chapter of Durham. Touching the sale of same. Survey.
