Description

Short title: Whitehead v Hodgson.

Plaintiff(s): Geoffred Whitehead and Margaret his wife.

Defendant(s): George Hodgson.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a messuage at Marwood, called "West Rogermore" in the lordship of Barnard Castle. Did Gilbert Maynard die seised of same? Was Christopher Maynard (father of plaintiff Margaret) seised of moitie thereof after decease of said Gilbert his father? Was a lease made thereof to George Hutton; was it surrendered to Robert Hutton? Survey. Customs of manor.

County/place: Durham.

Date of commission: 12 February 1606.
