Description

Short title: Singleton v Halsall.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Singleton.

Defendant(s): Sir Cuthbert Halsall.

Subject of depositions: French wines brought from Scotland or any other parts beyond the seas. Whence they were brought, and whether into the rivers Wyar and Ribble, or either, or into the port of Liverpool, or elsewhere, in the port of Chester, and impost unpaid to the customs? etc.

County/place: Lancashire.
