Touching a debt of 70l. of Rogers to defendant Banaster (Sir John Rogers and Robert Mighell being securities for part), and a lease of parcel of said third part by Andrew Rogers and Henry Adys to Banaster, as payment of such bond, and Higham's assignment of lease to Adys. Touching sale of the third part to plaintiff Chaldecot, and debt of Andrew Rogers and Nicholas Martin to Barnaby Samborn and John Dowte upon the third part. Extent by Higham. Survey.
