Short title: Bould v Kent.

Plaintiff(s): William Bould.

Defendant(s): Matthew Kent and others.

Subject of depositions: Surrender of lands in Girton, otherwise Gretton, copyhold of the manor of Newark by defendant's brother John Kent to John Bold (plaintiff's brother). Whether in possession or reversion, or to use of Randolph Bold his brother? Whether John Kent was a lunatic? Survey lands.
