Description

Short title: Osborne v Furse.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Osborne.

Defendant(s): Arthur Furse, clerk, Zachary Hooker.

Subject of depositions: Lands in St Vyrian (Cornwall); whether given for superstitious uses in the church of St Vyrian, and claimed by the lords of the manor of Elerkye because the prayers, etc. (for which the lands were given), could not be performed; whether the lands are parcel of the vicarage of Vyrian.

County/place: Cornwall.

Date of commission: 29 November 1602.
