Description

Short title: Jeay v Fettiplace.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Jeay, clerk.

Defendant(s): John Fettiplace.

Subject of depositions: Farm of "Fittleton" a close called "Pigeon House Close" pasture called "Lentdown" and "copyhold tenements called the manor of Fittleton." Touching the liability of plaintiff to pay 8l. for the tenements, as well as £12 for the other premises mentioned. Customs. Common of pasture. Value of premises. [The names of Phillip Harris, Jeffrey Gunter, Francis Chock, Edward Gilbert, Henry Sadler, sometime farmers of such premises, are mentioned].
