To what use, and to whose use such assignment was made, whether for the payment of the Earl's debts? [A mortgage of the pasture ground by the late Earl of Essex to John Lacy and John Skynner, late aldermen of the city of London, and an assignment of the ground by the late Earl to Sir Christopher Blunt, are mentioned].
