Description

Short title: Bishop of Durham v Arrowsmith.

Plaintiff(s): Toby Bishop of Durham.

Defendant(s): Thomas Arrowsmith, son of Anthony Arrowsmith, of Coton Mandeville.

Subject of depositions: Debts and liabilities of Thomas Arrowsmith, of Cotam Mandeville, a deed dated 9 May, and made by said Anthony to Lady Adelyn Nevill and William Batmanson, giving his lease of Eggleston and all his goods, at Eggleston and Cotam Mandeville, in trust, for the discharge of his debts; and another deed of gift of the premises by Anthony to Rowland Vasy and Francis Hall. [Thomas Norton, of Skirnigain, Anthony Felton, and Ralph Bowes, are mentioned].
