Defendant(s): William Broxholme, William Kent, Edward Dawson, George Knight, Leonard Carr, John Fieldhouse, Thomas Longworth alias Langwith, Gilbert Seaton, William Carter, Robert Cook.
Subject of depositions: Right and title to parcels of ground in Lincoln, called St Mary Crakepoole Churchyard, St Lawrence Church yard, Holyrood Churchyard, St Michel Churche yard at the Goate Bridge, St Faithe Churche yard, St Stephen Church yard, and St Peter, at Plea Churchyard; whether any, and which of them, belong to any of the prebends, of the Cathedral Church of Lincoln. The premises are stated to have been granted by the Crown to William Tipper and Robert Daw, and assigned by them to the plaintiffs.
