Short title: Lloyd v Evans.
Plaintiff(s): Edward Lloyd, Her Majesty's farmer of the forest or frith of Alt y braine, in Her Majesty's lordship or manor of Uchcoed Yrwystlie (Montgomery).
Defendant(s): Griffith Evans, Evan ap Edenevett, Jevan Lloyd Tudd', Lewis ap Gruffith Goch.
Subject of depositions: Forest or frith of Alt y braine, in the lordship of Uchcoed Arwystley (Montgomeryshire), otherwise called Talgarth. Metes and bounds. Common of pasture. [A rent of 13s 4d paid for such forest by plaintiff's ancestors till after the inquisition, and survey made by the commissioners of the Earl of Leicester, after which a rent of £4 was paid for the same by Thomas Corbett (plaintiff's father-in-law), is mentioned].

Date of commission: 12 February 1597.
