Description

Short title: Walker v Higgenson.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Walker.

Defendant(s): Robert Higgenson and his wife Johannah, Thomas Barker and his wife Christian, Christopher Rondell and his wife Ann.

Subject of depositions: Lands in Longdon, called "Evis Land ", "Webb Field" and a "moore lying near Hampton Park "; whether parcel of the manor of Knoll (Warwickshire), and freehold or copyhold. Metes and bounds. Customs of manor.
